Directly on the beach, sunset views from the balcony accompanied by a great play list were appreciated. In suite laundry, although noisy, was useful. Easy access to an amazing beach and a short walk to the pier were also superb.

We had a horrible experience and will not come back unless someone can for once act like they care about the experience we had, everyone we have spoke to has brushed us and our concerns off , our kids were not able to watch tv the whole time and no one seemed worried about it. Our jacuzzi in the tub did not work our first night there. The door to separate the bathroom and the living room would not shut. We were also charged fees on our card on file that we was not told about at check in . The kids splash pad barely worked . I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone , and we would like a partial refund for all of the stuff that did not work at our 2 night stay and the staff that did not care to make this a priority and good experience for me and my family. We are highly upset and not satisfied at all.

The stay was amazing, room was clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome and helpful. Honestly we loved it from start to finish! I am curious though for improving eco-friendliness, if you offered a program for recycling and even composting. My family cooked all our meals in the hotel room and we had food waste with the fresh foods we used. If you offered a composting program you would have free fertilizer for your gardens, maybe put a master Gardener on staff and they could help with that program. Like I said, we loved our vacation but my family and I wondered if a hotel could start something like this and change how travelers view being eco-friendly in a whole new way.

Horrible residence for vacation stay.

No security on duty. Once it gets dark what it appears is the homeless make their way onto property and start ravaging any trash can they can find and eat out of. Homeless appear to pass out on beach front property after they eat out of trash cans. Then middle of the night drunk individuals break into property to use pool and party on the back space. Those individuals also were harassing the family’s staying and just trying to enjoy looking at the beach at night. Definitely would not recommend.

Best weekend resort!

It was my birthday weekend on May 10 and May 11, 2025. Check in was excellent; staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back and stay again it was cozy during our stay! Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Deposit Hell

It was a good stay. It was peaceful. The view was great. My only Complaint is that resort fee is $15 per day which is fine. They charge $100 deposit and it is refunded upon check out. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. I've called 4xs and was told they are working on it. The charge is still pending so they never even processed it. Otherwise perfect little spot and I'd recommend it but if they don't give me my money then its a no.

Bad Hotel Do Not Stay Here

Our room was dirty. We had to clean the refrigerator, cabinets, and floors throughout the villa (please see pictures of how dirty the rags were) Also there were food stains on the sofa. More importantly, the hotel kept avoiding us by instructing the employees to that the manager was not on the property and as of today the manager has yet to address our complaint. PLEASE BEWARE THEY AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR 3 different amounts and on different days. My banks fraud depart called me to alert me of their behavior. I will not let the hotel get away with this and charge us the full amount and we had to clean the villa. I was do a “charge back” from my credit card company. Lastly, BEWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND THE NOISE YOU CAN HEAR FROM SUN UP TIL SUN DOWN. THE HOTEL DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!

Dated property but very clean and convenient. We came during Thanksgiving so we didn’t spend much time outside, but the pool area was nice. Would definitely come back during the summer. Front desk girl was super friendly and helpful.
