Quite simply, a delightful and lovely place to visit. We recently stayed for 6 nights at the Riad in early May 2025 to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The Riad itself is gorgeous, and the breakfasts varied but always filling and sumptuous. They were served on the rooftop in delightful surroundings. We were so impressed with the level of personal attention, service and kindness from Laurence and all of the team there. They were also super flexible with timing for us, they could not have been more helpful. That visit will certainly stay in our minds for a long, long time. Highly recommended.

Incredible stay

We had the most incredible stay at Riad Charme d'Orient. Nothing was too much trouble for Laurence, Soufian, Said and team. We felt so safe and looked after the whole trip. Said organised a wonderful day trip for us to Ourika Valley. We also had a wonderful hammam experience at the Riad. We have give a special shout out to Soufian who is the kindest, most hard working and hospitable man we have both ever met. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for a very much needed break!

Even before I arrived, I was impressed with how welcoming and helpful everyone was. The manager himself met me at the taxi drop-off point and helped me with my luggage. The room and the entire riad was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and I adored the roof top garden where I could relax with mint tea, cookies, and a good book. Just an amazing, wonderful experience.

This is an abosolutel wonderful little place to stay. It’s close to the centre and all the sights you would want to visit. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about what is around you and how best to get there.The hotel is compact and the rooms are amazing full of traditional features. We ate here twice and the food was traditional, flavoursome and plenty of it as is the breakfast, you are certainly set up for a day in the city. There is no rush here, and there is a great roof terrace to sit and relax. Laurence runs this Riad with her heart and is very welcoming which makes it a pleasure to stay and hard to leave.

Walking in the street you wouldn’t expect to find this little gem inside. Very besutiful, authentic and clean riad. The staff were super welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, we also opted for dinner which was great too - definitely recommend to try their home cooked chicken tahine!
