Beware extra charges
The staff was indifferent. I was never made to feel welcome. I hired a massage therapist and they wouldn’t let the person up to my room unless I paid an extra $20. They claimed that it was in the fine print when I checked in, but they were well aware that I didn’t speak Spanish when I checked in and no one explained it to me. The lady at the desk was rude and spoke ill of me to the therapist when I went up to get the money. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could do so tomorrow. The next day, the manager was not there The day after that the manager was not there, and I checked out.

Great location and good hotel in Panama City
The room is VERY Clean and spacious. There are several restaurants and two convenience stores nearby and Via Argentina metro station is close. The air conditioning works well. There isn’t a mini-fridge in the room. The first night the key card electricity wasn’t working properly so the front desk quickly switched me to another room. Like all big cities there are bad areas. This hotel is in a very safe area.

Great Hotel, great room, great area, great price
I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Panama. The hotel was in great condition, the room was spacious clean, comfortable king bed, bathroom clean large with separate shower and tub. It was nice to look at my wife while she soaked in the tub while I take a shower. Shower big enough for both of us to fit. Staff was great. We walked to many restaurants and stores nearby the hotel. The price was amazing for the great quality of hotel.

Missing basic amenities like hand soap in the bathroom is a necessity. Toilet flush was not working. We checked in after 9 PM. Complaint about toilet they sent someone and fixed the problem. Someone should have checked before we checked in.
