Not a good end to a lovely trip to udon
Everything was good about the hotel except when we left and we were told we had to pay 150baht for a bathroom ( FLOOR) towel which my 5-year-old son had stood on with dirty feet from walking around the hotel & pool area, we didn't realize he stood on it but they insisted we have to pay to get it cleaned.. sorry but definitely won't be staying here again

Stayed for 18 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with housekeeping every day. Good location, only 5 minute walk to Central Plaza. Loads of bars and places to eat. Hotel has excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, and good affordable restaurant if you don’t want to eat out. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Udon Thani.
