Clean, tidy, well equipped and very central to everything you need. Brilliant starting point for all the main historical location like the Trevi, colosseum, fort, Pantheon and the Vatican. If you like walking this is the apartment to stay in It was perfect in every way for our stay as we love walking. wherever you stay in Rome you will have to walk if you want to see all the main historical sites, and this is midway pretty much for them all

Property is out of tourist district but easily walkable to those areas. We loved being in a local neighborhood where shops and restraunts are local. The staff are so nice. We arrived earlier than checkin time and they were happy to hold our luggage so we could tour city. The AC was good! We didnt like the beds, very uncomfortable, shower controls in both bathrooms were hard to get a contolled water temp with and you have to dispose of your trash and based on their directions to the trash bins, we never found them. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated , but the rest of the apt was alittle shabby(holes in curtains, broken floor tiles, etc) small things! We had a 2B/2B and overall it worked for our group of 2 couples.

40 min check in process, lady did it for us but added me trice and tried to get me to pay for the extra city tax. She was very rude. Lots of ants and weak air conditioning. No coffee and the dishes were all in the dishwasher. Total amateur hour.

Beautiful apartment and so perfectly located. The bed was comfortable, it was very spacious, the check-in was easy, everywhere we wanted to go was easily walkable or close to public transportation. We absolutely loved our stay here! Having a whole apartment for the four of us really made our stay in Rome so comfortable. The space was beautiful and clean. Having a grocery store right around the corner and a full kitchen let us save some money on lunches. The convenient location was close to a lot of the sites we came to see on our vacation, as well as lots of great dining options. The only tiny downside was checkout being 10 AM, which was a bit rough when you're up late for dinner and drinks the night before and have four people and all of their stuff to wrangle. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the office, though, while we went out for brunch and last minute site seeing before leaving for our next stop.
