Grand hotel with good facilities and perfect location to explore Shanghai. A former Hilton hotel where Clinton stayed in the past I was told. I had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Shanghai. The location is super convenient—perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. It’s also right next to a subway station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were all helpful and professional. I want to give a special mention to the housekeeping lady who was always so kind and friendly—she made sure our room was spotless every day. Also, a big thank you to Tom from the luggage department. He was very helpful with my heavy luggage and made both check-in and check-out a smooth experience.
