Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

Procurei dar um desconto por ser um feriadão e estar muito movimentado, mas houveram falhas graves onde faltou gestão e uma liderança que tenha foco no cliente. Em duas noites tivemos problemas com alimentação, sendo que meu netos pequenos precisavam comer. E na saída, final de feriadão, somente tinha uma pessoa para receber e buscar os carros que ficam em local distante e com R$ 42,00 de diária. Formou um fila, um absurdo. Espera mais pelo preço que paguei e por ser um hotel novo e com boa estrutura. Mas nem o mais alto investimento compensa a falta de gestão, de parceiros competentes e do treinamento das pessoas.

O hotel tem uma estrutura incrível mas tem muitos pontos fracos que impactam diretamente na experiência! Primeiro ponto fraco é o restaurante, comida bem ruim e café da manhã tb com qualidade baixa e caso vc vá nos últimos horários vai ter que se contentar com os restos, não fazem reposições a tempo! A equipe é super educada mas a impressão é que tem pouca gente p muito serviço, os funcionários confusos com tanta demanda e visivelmente estressados! O estacionamento é um estresse a parte, alem de ser pago a parte, é preciso deixar o carro c manobristas que demoram bastante p trazer o carro! Uma pena, pois realmente a estrututa do hotel é uma delícia!
