      Think about a slow staff... Now, play it in slow motion... The infrastructure of the hotel ia good, reason why I'm insisting for second time. But if you'd expecting a VIP treatment, try a different one for sure. Staff have no clue of what you booked or your fidelity level. Disappointed.

      The hotel is great, but a bit out of town. We were very disappointed, as all the facilities areas were all closed , but it wasn’t informed on Expedia web site. The hotel stuff only told us about that, after we checked in, what Wasn’t nice and made our stay unpleasant. I would recommend No one to stay at this hotel , until corona virus is over, as it’s a waist. Hotel location is not the best. Other problem was that the hotel was trying to charge us for extra person , because on Expedia I only booked for one person to stay, but on Expedia that is not extra charge if staying one or two people in the room. Hotel also didn’t offer sleepers In the room, it doesn’t have good standards, comparing to other Wyndham hotels we stayed around the world.

      Experiência decepcionante

      Experiência decepcionante. O atendimento do hotel deixa bastante a desejar. Solicitamos 2 vezes o serviço de quarto e não recebemos o pedido. Outro dia, minha noiva estava indisposta, perguntei na recepção se tinham algum remédio e fizeram pouco caso da situação, sem nenhum esforço para ajudar. O hotel também não quis disponibilizar taças de vinho para tomarmos uma garrafa que compramos fora, querendo cobrar uma taxa de rolha. Com relação ao espaço, diversos locais do hotel estavam fechados em decorrência da pandemia, o que não foi informado previamente na reserva. Espaços abertos, como área da piscina e café da manhã também ficaram comprometidos pela má organização da equipe em virtude das restrições impostas pelo COVID. Outro ponto negativo foi o estacionamento, que cobra um valor a parte da estadia. Por último, a localização não é boa, ficando distante da cidade. Não voltaremos mais.

      Economia em café, insegurança de contaminar covid

      Notamos que as medidas que tomaram para evitar a contaminação do covid foi extremamente ineficaz, colocaram como se fosse um bandeijão e os hóspedes apesar de ter que marcar hora, ficavam na fila e atras de uma fita zebrada, onde o atendente ia perguntando e misturando tudo em um prato pequeno e outro maior, mas, notadamente nao higienizaram nenhuma mesa depois que os hospedes saiam, então só gerou uma sensação terrível de que estávamos vendo um teatro, pouco álcool gel, nenhuma fiscalização para medir a temperatura na recepção, muita gente sem máscara. fora a economia que eles fizeram para o próprio bolso, de nao servir o café como deveria ser pela as divulgadas estrelas do hotel, notamos falhas sérias, na segurança contra o covid, muito ruim mesmo, decepcionante e requer uma fiscalização pois havia 350 carros com os manobristas corrrendo para atender as mais de 1000 pessoas.

Mesmo com a limpeza do quarto solicitada dia 12/06 As 8.00 não foi reposto Solicitei dia 12/06 as 20.00 e so foi reposto dia 13/06 as 11.15 da manhã No estacionamento o manobrista dormiu dentro do carro que estacionamos e danificou 02 óculos solares

      Hotel é incrível. A piscina bem agradável, mesmo com agendamento de horário dava pra aproveitar a estrutura. O check in estava bem turbulento, poderiam se organizar melhor (mesmo fazendo pré cadastro online estava uma bagunça). Café da manhã na forma assistida é bem legal a ideia por conta da pandemia, porém poderiam ter mais pessoas pra atender. Mesmo com agendamento de horário pro quarto, tumultuava. Hotel é lindo, os quartos são aconchegantes.

      Reformular a frente do hotel

      Vamos iniciar pela entrada do hotel, trocar a fonte com a placa do hotel, lugar perigoso emovimentado pelos manobristas e hospedes folgados q estacionam em lugares improprios, crianças aguardando com seus pais o seu veiculo, a fonte está atrapalhando e restringindo o pequeno espaço, ou vc cai na água ou vc é atropelada pelos carros q entram muito rapido alta velocidade para o local, presenciamos uma criança q sem querer deu um passo para tras e o carro a atropelou. Nada sério e nem grave, mas, o susto de todos foi muito grande. A demora para localizar as chaves dos carros!!!! Gente precisa encontrar uma forma mais prática e rápida para guardar as Chaves, e rapidez onde se estacionar, principalmente pq paga-se muito bem R$ 25,00 pra estacionar, mesmo vc sendo hospede!!!! Absurdoooo. No quarto, NÃO há copos, taças!!! Compramos um vinho e pedimos taças, rsrsrs, teria q buscar no terreo e seria emprestado taças de plástico!!!! Só teriamos as taças corretas para vinho se o vinho fosse comprado no hotel!!! Atidude muito arcaica essa, Tomamos um suco de uva, o frigobar NÃO foi reposto, rsrsrs. Sem suco nos outros dias. Frigobar bem mixo por sinal. Poucos produtos, sem variedades e não são nada baratos. Banheiro , no box qdo chegamos tinha uma caca de nariz no vidro , q nojo!!!! E ela lá permaneceuuuu todos os dias!!!!Travesseiros péssimos, podia ser de melhor qualidade. Acho q precisam ser trocados. Roupas de cama e banhos ótimas de primeira como o hotel é.
