Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is breakfast normal hotel breakfast waffles, yogurt, fruit, cold cereal , orange and apple juice and coffee. Vonnie at the front desk she amazing, very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.. Just make sure you’re there to check in by 12 (as in midnight) the day of checkin, or your res will be cancelled an you can’t check in..

Just terrible. It was nasty and filthy. Ppl were fighting in the lobby. Staff also stole someones property out of their room.

The room was quiet and clean. The lady attending the breakfast bar took the coffee pot 10 minutes before closing time. By breakfast closing time, the bar was comletely cleaned off. The selection for this nice of hotel seemed a bit weak.

Jose is awesome. He is simply amazing always smiling and interacting with guests making us definitely feel welcome a true home away from home. JOSE definitely went above and beyond to reassure me that I would be able to get checked in at a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to check my room because the original room that I was in was not quite finished. He took care of that by switching my rooms and making sure that they were nice clean and ready to go he definitely deserves a raise. Keep up the good work, JOSE.

Took over an hour to check in! The 1st full day there the ice machine didnt work. The room ac was short cycling so room was not very cool or wouldnt get to set temperature. The floor drains in the pool area are dirty and clogged with hair and gunk.
