Fantastic location away from the Rome madness yet right inside Trastavere. The building is across from a beautiful setting and just steps away from the entrance to the botanical garden. The communication was great, all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Definitely would stay here again.

The stay was lovely, clean and comfy, but were unaware it was a shared kitchen. The area was bustling with students and lots of restaurants and cafes. Difficult to obtain a cab due to a strike we almost missed of ship. Over very nice stay.

We are so glad we chose this apartment. Communication with host was great and helpful. There was plenty of space and super clean. We will definitely be back and plan to stay here again. It was quiet and comfy. It was about a 17 minute walk to vatican. There was water left for us and some champagne. A great place!

I had an incredible stay. The instructions to get into the room were clear, didn't have any trouble. The neighbourhood was perfect; I loved Trastevere. My room had an amazing view over the botanical garden next door; AC works well, the room is modern. We can see there was a lot of thought in designing and renovating the room. I'd definitely come back.

A really great property with plenty of space. Nice and close to dozens of restaurants and walking distance to central Rome, despite this surprisingly quiet at night in the apartment. Host was super responsive throughout. Dislikes - the description was a bit unclear, the apartment has a shared kitchen area with the apartment next door. Not a major issue, but should have been explicit in the description

I will write more about this in a letter of complaint to Hotels.com. This place should NOT be listed with you, It is NOT a hotel and it is not an acceptable b&b.. Communications from the hosts were awful. I locked the door with my phone inside - which meant i had not access coed. It took over an hour for them to respond. Then the power went out and it took over an hour for them to divulg where the circuit breaker was. The apartment is on the third floor (fourth in AMerican terms) which means 8 flights - with no elevator. GZetting up the stairs with luggage was difficult and, of course, there is nobody available to help. The room was not clened the first day - and when it finally was there was a pillow case with a blood stain (I have a picture!). Absolutels awful - for any price - which, happened to be quite high!

Es el lugar más hermoso en Trastevere, súper limpio, cómodo y bonito. Estuvimos en el último piso de la propiedad solicitamos ayuda para qué nos apoyaran al bajar las maletas fueron muy cordiales y aceptaron. La habitación es hermosa te sientes como en casa, tienes una estación para preparar café delicioso. Es de fácil acceso y muy céntrico yo si regreso!!!!

La ubicación es increíble y el departamento está muy amplio y completo. Le faltan pequeños detallas como comodidad en el sofá cama, limpieza en los utensilios de cocina, un manual de uso para sistema de aire acondicionado, estufa etc.

Hadde ein fantastisk tur til Roma. Dette stedet låg sentralt til med 15-20 min å gå til det meste av attraksjoner. Det var ein fin leilighet, men det beste var kanskje området den låg på, med trange koselige gater og små butikker og restauranter. Selv om det ikkje var resepsjon var verten alltid tilgjengelig på telefon. God service heile helga gjennom. Anbefales.

Overall a great stay in a really nice area of Rome. Just a few steps away from a nice park/nature center. 4 flights of stairs to get to top unit- no elevator due to historic nature building. This may be very difficult for some visitors

Great location, beautiful old house right next to the botanical gardens and great restaurants. Walking distance to the major attractions. My room in the ground floor was spacious, had windows to the back garden, and was blessedly silent and cool. But it really was a little damp, even if the weather was hot. Sadly the fantastic old ceiling beams were painted dull white, as were all the walls, too.
