The room was 90° when we walked in. When we turned the heat off, it only got down to 75°. The television didn't work, channels or Internet. There was no valet parking. The restaurant wasn't open. I paid for four people, but there were only two towels and one coffee in the room. Every time we walked by, there was no one at the front desk.
