Our room had a wonderful view and was tidy enough for a 1 night stay. The kids enjoyed seeing the gator from our balcony. The property is clearly undergoing renovations. Not a luxury hotel, but accommodated our needs just fine

It had the best sleeping bed I have ever experienced in a hotel, it was very quite and peaceful. The people were were nice, We didn't have bath cloths, the front desk closed at night and don't open until 9 am, and my tv never worked, the microwave didn't work, the floor wasn't cleaned or bed made.

We arrived for check-in, and the hotel was completely shut down, with a security guard out front turning people away. We had to find an available hotel immediately to accommodate our family. Our family needs a refund. This put a huge strain on our vacation.

Run down hotel. Prices are low. But filthiest room I have stayed in a while, clerk apologized, but that was it. Rooms are very spacious. I stayed here b4 and the rooms were clean, I come to Gainesville often and will give it another last try.
