Clean adequate room

Next to main road thru Durango. Clean room with basic amenities. There is a very modest breakfast of cereal and fruit. It is in better shape than many of the older hotels nearby but nothing fancy.

All in all for the price we got the hotel the property was good. Our room had stained comforters and sheets, and the floors were really dirty. Beds very hard. “Free breakfast” was cereal

Thundering Herd

The room was as clean as it could be considering it's age. The bathroom was rather tired and old. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice. There was apparently a herd of elephants in the room above us that did not subside from their stampede until almost midnight.

We arrived late and our room had no sheets so arrangements made for a different room, which then had no TV. Wonderful hotel employee joyfully set up the TV but again next morning no TV. Some glitches overall OK

The photos from the webpage and the reality of what the room really looked like were very different. The room was very outdated and rundown and musty smelling. There was no elevator access to the lower-level rooms and for the price regardless of where it was located is way over-priced and I would never stay there again.

Didn't like the hot tub in the "basement". Flights of stairs difficult for us to maneuver. The air conditioner was not working properly--SO noisy it made it hard to sleep, but too hot without it. Would have appreciated an ice machine on our level.

Rooms smelled old and musty. Bed spreads were replaced with summer bed spreads but room still smelled. The sheets appeared to be okay but room still smelled. The bathroom window was covered dead bugs and overall condition was old and dirty. This is not up to Days Inn standards. The management there was not professional . Days Inn corporate needs to go there and fix it or remove the name Days inn from it. Overall it was a bad experience there.

For the price, it’s overrated. Way overpriced. The air conditioner was an old window AC unit that did t cool the room. The shower curtain bar was barely hanging on. I was worried it was going to fall off when using the shower. The toilet barely flushed. It took several flushed to get rid of a small amount of TP.

Great place with some issues

Service was great,. Room was clean. Beds were hard. Microwave sparked when turned on, desk person exchanged it with another one. The bathroom door did not latch, we had to fiddle with it until it latched. The exhaust knob quit working after it got condensation on it. And, the phone did not work in our room also. I was in room 112. I th9nk this hotel need a major remodel. It is out of date.
