I was very please with our hotel. My only snag would be the construction had things fairly difficult to navigate. However, every question I had, the staff was more than willing to help. Great people.

Magnifica ubicación
La ubicación es excelente, la habitación un poco pequeña, nos sobraba una cama. El desayuno aceptable pero todos los días lo mismo. Los acabados en general pueden ser renovados. En términos de costo beneficio bien.

They were not ready for us during our check-in time so they offered to take our bags and give us free parking while we waited. a few hours later when we returned they had misplaced our bags and then charged me for the time I spent parked outside waiting. the interior of the building smelled like mold and was incredibly difficult to navigate. the elevators do not go to the lobby floor so book with caution if you are disabled and need an elevator to get to your room. the staff was unprofessional and dressed strangely casual for a hotel. sweatpants and sweatshirts. It didn't affect our stay obviously but it was just weird. Clearly won't be coming back.

So many problems!
Check in time is supposed to be 4:00 PM. I got there a little early and my room was not ready. No big deal since I was early, so I said I would be back later. Got back around 5:00 PM, and my room still wasn't ready. Still not too big of a deal, I wanted to go get some dinner so I said I would be back later. I got there for the third time around 6:00 PM. They had to change which room I was going to be in (my original one still wasn't ready), but they said it would be nice because it is one of the newly renovated rooms. But I don't think they had finished all of the details in that room. The TV still had its energy usage sticker on the front of it, and when I turned it on, no matter which input it was on, it was just static. The heater hadn't even been plugged in yet, so I had to plug it in so that I could turn it on. There was a bedside table that has power going to it so you can charge phones etc. from the table itself, but the table wasn't plugged in and there was no outlet anywhere near it. They are going to have to get an extension cord to bring power to the other side of the bed in order to plug it in. That means the clock and the lamp that are on the bedside table also had nowhere to be plugged in. There also weren't enough outlets where they had the Keurig machine, so I had to unplug the only working lamp in the room in order to make coffee in the morning. I don’t plan on coming back to this hotel.

Cheap but not worth it
While conveniently located the hotel itself is far from glamorous, or even clean for that matter. The housekeepers do extremely lazy room cleaning jobs and did not even change the sheets after the third day. The walls are very thin so you’ll be hearing your neighbor snore as well as any other noise in the hallways. It has a very strong smell in the hallways and in the rooms, so if you’re at all sensitive to smells this isn’t the place for you.

The property is close to attractions, food, and transportation. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. The hotel is under a large scale remodel this winter and any inconvenience will be gone when it's done.

Property is under heavy construction and there is no mention of it before booking. Place looked like a fire hazard. The room itself was more than accommodating. I would suggest this place if you plan on spending as little time in the room as possible. That's the only reason why this room worked out for us because we were out and about most of our stay. Another deceptive fee we got was overnight parking. We were charged over $100 for 3 nights of parking when there is no mention of such charge until you check in. There went the savings over staying at a nicer hotel elsewhere. You get what you pay for and we got bitten by trying to save money on our trip. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

Should have been told that the hotel was in the process of remodeling, no healthy choices for breakfast, not even oatmeal, vending machines that don’t work should have signs on them for not working and no microwave in room: need them even in single bed rooms

I got there a few hours before check in and the guy at the front didn't even bother to check if a room was available or not after I told him my situation still didn't bother to care after I said I wasn't staying there anymore he just shrugged his shoulders clearly not caring. On top of that way too many construction going on it was hard to find the entrance since roads were closed also you had to pay for parking on top of your bill very disappointing.

Wouldn't recommend this Property AT ALL... Whether it was the wood panel ceiling, a cramped bathroom, stained carpets, peeling paint, or rust issues inside the bathroom, the room was DISMAL... Front Desk Agent was nice, but everything else was horrible!
