The location was directly across from the falls. Staff we came into contact with at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean but there was a lack of attention to detail in the regards to some debris on the floor by the bed, the bathroom needed a couple of light bulbs, the ice bucket was full of water from the last visitor and the coffee pod was still in the coffee pot. These things are minor and didn’t distract from the benefits of the property. Would totally stay here again.

The location is really the clincher here. It really can’t be beat, right at the entrance to the Niagara Falls park. We parked the car and walked to everything we wanted to see! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing some age, the breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular - pretty typical. But the locations just can’t be beat! Would opt to stay there again.

Hotel is rundown. Carpet in room had tears in it. Temperature in room was good. Nice location close to the falls. Wasn't told I would be charged $10 a night for parking. Questioned it and was told it is on their website. It is not. Breakfast tastes good but me and my daughter both had diarrhea within 15 minutes of eating it.
