Not what I expect from a Radisson.

This Radisson Blu is in a more residential area with few restaurant choices near by. There is a trolly stop and bus stop very near, which is nice and maybe the only really positive thing I can say about the Radisson Blu. The lobby bar, when it was open, was very slow. The hotel rooms did not have any drawers and there were always plates and glasses in the hallway, some times for more than a day.

The hotel is well kept, clean and up-to-date, exceeding our expectations. The 4 star is due to the fact that it was quite a bit Nkosi's than we expected at night with the cars on the main roadway below, nothing the hotel can really control. All else was great!!

The hotel is obviously understaffed 5 check in desks and only 1 agent most of the time. Lady at the front desk named Liz was rude and not helpful. Found hair in the bathroom floor under the sink.
