Fantastic stay , lovely place to stay at . Hosts were brilliant made us feel so welcome. Was great to see all the wildlife on the farm really good to see peacocks roaming around the grounds. Would definitely stay there on our return to Cornwall.

Gemma gave us excellent directions, room was fab, peacocks and black cat came and eat with us outside our room each night. Do not waste your time going to a b&b, use this property it’s great.

Really enjoyed our time at this charming place. It was a perfect location, closely situated to Looe, Polperro and many others. The host was very welcoming always making sure we had plenty of tea/coffee and milk. We were greated by the free roaming peacocks most mornings and also met the friendly cats. We would definitely return.

Had easy instructions from the management to find the location and the key for entry. The landlady Gemma was very nice and offered her help every day, both verbal and text ,nothing was too much trouble. Very nice lady who cares, and appreciates your business. Will definitely be going back.
