This hotel is poorly managed, and the front line staff have to deal with it. I reserved a room and confirmed day of, and there was no room ready for me until 2am. The owner intentionally overbooks. The room I got was musty and humid and didn't feel clean. I also asked if the pool was open when I called, was told it was, and it wasn't. I've never given a hotel or motel one star, this was really that bad. We loved Atlanta otherwise.

Avoid. Not worth the price
Was supposed to check in by 4 PM and they had no rooms available. Did not get a room until 9:30 PM. There was issues with the hot water and the shower.. Had breakfast the next morning and half the food from the Continental buffet was missing and not available. The pork sausage was raw. Very disappointed in our stay.

I got there Friday night to check in only to find out they gave both of my rooms away. I actually spoke to the hotel before I boarded the plane to make sure everything is good like i always do and they said everything was fine. You get what you pay for.
I chose this location because of price and location. It’s very affordable. However the condition of the hotel is very poor. The Carpet leading to rooms is filthy. My first room just about flooded while showering. Nicole at the front desk was very kind and moved me to a different room. This room had no trash can, missing towels, the housekeeping staff took my dirty towels and didn’t replace them. Bed lamp shocked me because of a shortage. The sink is clogged as well was the shower.

Where do I start? The sink handle fell off, they took all the fridges out of the rooms and then wanted to charge us for them. They wouldn't let us turn down our air below 72 and it was too hot being on a top floor. The worst was the bathroom mirror kept blinking and turning on and off, like an electrical issue. We asked 3 times for things to be fixed and they didn't do anything. It was awful.

Less than impressed
One of the pull out couches in our rooms didn’t have a mattress. When I called for bedding for the one pull out couch they said they would send it up and an hour and a half later we went down to get it. Water on floor in bathroom for leaking toilet. No washcloths were in the room. The hotel was a zoo, but obviously they needed more employees. The Buffett was gross for breakfast. Not impressed at all!
