Fantastic service, great food & spectacular views

An amazing hotel with impeccable service. The rooms were good and with a balcony facing the water fountains and the Palm, the views were spectacular. The sea facing rooms are quieter but slightly more windy. There is a great choice of dining options and we tried Nobu, Milos and Persian Kitchen as well as the best room service we’ve ever had. Quieter and with fewer children than the Atlantis, it was a a relaxing break. Breakfast at Gastronomy had the most amazing array of choices with every taste catered for. The abundance of staff meant that the service was amazing. Treatments at the spa were good. With free access to the water parks, aquarium and close to the monorail, there was good access to the rest that Dubai has to offer.

Disappointing. Stay elsewhere.

A few issues. Definitely not up to the standard of when the resort first opened. Continual drainage issues which lasted for the full duration of our stay. Both the shower and toilet had a pungent waste smell which permeated the room. This was looked at a couple of times but never resolved. The shower was full of limescale and the shower head sprayed in all directions other than down. We had to request basic items such as a hairdryer as they were missing. Overall disappointing for a resort of this supposed calibre. We’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Absolutely stunning! We have stayed in some nice hotels over the years but this has to be the very best! Luxury and class at every turn. The staff are amazing; from the moment you arrive at the lobby, to check in, at the pool, in the bars, restaurants. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and I would recommend picking a palm view room. Ask for it high up too so you can get the best possible views! Cloud 22 is stunning and worth a visit - even at the price it’s worth it, the resort pools are exceptional too. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
