Came here for 3 days and it’s a large hotel with some excellent facilities and generally a nice resort. Staff were friendly and hotel clean. Why do I say not a 5* … Beds were uncomfortable, 1 day they forgot to clean our room, food selection limited (the buffet in an evening is nice for 1 or 2 nights … if you weee staying longer than that would become repetitive)

It was a great stay. Hotel is very clean. Our room was perfect with an amazing view. Its really nice that you can walk to the beach from the hotel. I would stay here again if I come to Fuerteventura again. We did hire a car so that made it great. If you are only going with a cab. The location is too far away from the shops and other places. But with the car just like 10 minutes.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and right by the beach to enjoy the sun. The buffet had great food with plenty of choice both at breakfast and for dinner. Rooms are cleaned every day. Downside : the resort is built on a hill side, so plenty of stairs if you want to get down to the pool, but elevators are available as well. Also not a lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Great hotel, nice staff. Felt like a monastery!
The hotel was great. Modern, clean, staff were keen. What is slightly bizarre is how quiet it is, it's like out was half empty. The only disappointment was the gym. Whilst modern it lacked equipment. Given the vast amount of public space, they are missing a trick here. Breakfast was very good each day. The road leading to the hotel is not great and there's very little public parking but plenty on the road.

Nice hotel but can easily improve a lot. Location is great, no problem with a free parking, direct access to the beach, clean and modern. - SPA is nice, however only open for 3 days a week in the afternoon. - Gym is small, not much of free weights, no kettle-bells, bars etc. - AirCon don't work during "winter" season when there is over 30degC outside, you open the window and there swarms of mosquitos awaiting outside. - Breakfast is poor, to many processed low quality food. - Noise from adjacent rooms - TV and bathroom. - Annoying balcony lamp which is on until midnight with no switch to turn it off.

This is a really beautiful hotel vith amazing designes and perfect location. Staff is really friendly, food is super tasty, every night diferent dinner. Pools, yards , rooms everything, so clean and well maintained. This is how we want spend a petfect holiday. The hotel alltogeather better than expected. Comfortable beds, clean, excellent staff, food was ok, however the website needs to be clearer that men should wear long trousers for all the restaurants. We had to borrow some. This is a hot island and we thought this rule was mad, men should be able to wear smart shorts in this heat. Some of the women's dress was way more offensive than men in shorts!
