6:30 PM - When I walked in to Check-in someone was behind the desk. This person was on a call and had it on speaker phone. I was not greeted at all. I handed her my ID, (as she continued her call) she took my ID, and then found my reservation then handed me 2 room keys. She never said a word to me. I didn't catch a name but I believe she me have been Indian.

Had two reservations. While one room was good the other was not. Missing a counter top for the coffee bar so no coffee machine. Room was not cleaned the second night. Had to go by the front desk the next day to request a cleaning.

It looks like they are still in the process of remodeling. Room was okay. Sheets were not super soft. Carpet in hall is horrible, and the elevator is outside in the back of the hotel. The locks on the back doors to go into the hotel did not work. You don’t need your key card to get in. Looks like someone pryed them open. Breakfast was okay. I would not stay here again. Good thing my husband was with me or I wouldn’t have stayed. Kinda sketchy!

The weather was spectacular, and my fiance and I had a really nice time staying at the hotel when we weren't hanging out elsewhere. The staff were very nice and helpful, and extremely relatable which is what I always look for in hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, and I found myself rushing to get down there a few times during my stay as me and my fiance are very heavy sleepers.
