Not a bad place.... clean room...clean bathrooms....comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Sadly there was a slight sewer smell in stairwell the entire stay. Not a deal breaker, but some people would not like it. Management must teach their staff to smile and say hello. Could be a cultural thing, maybe a language thing? Many staff looked grumpy....a smile is universal!

Unimpressed
I booked and PAID for a family suite. They gave me a smaller non family room. When I questioned them they confirmed several times it was the family suite. At the end of my stay, I spoke to another employee who confirmed the room I was as given was not what I had booked. I asked to be refunded the difference in price as I had not received the family suite. Took hours to get partial refund AND they are shortchanging me. Very unimpressed.

Extremely welcoming and comfortable hotel, very friendly professional and helpful staff. The hotel has a range of transport links nearby but if you’re happy to walk, many sites/attractions can be reached in approximately 30 mins. The breakfast was extremely varied and plentiful. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was fine, disappointed there was no pool or spa. The room was fine, ours was much bigger than other people that we know for the same class. The check-in was Terrible!!! We got to the hotel early after an all night flight and we asked for an early check-in. We were told no but the room would be ready at 2:00 PM. We went and picked up a light lunch and returned a little after 1:00 and they had not checked any one in. The time they had said the room would be ready, came and went with no information on when they would be available. Finally at 3:30 PM they started checking people in, but did not start with who had been waiting the longest, so it was a mad rush to line up. Would I stay at this hotel again, VERY Doubtful!!!

Wonderful, comfortable stay. The hotel staff and security were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a mat for the shower and tissues for the guest. The Breakfast choice and appearance were stunning! It was always fresh and beautiful. Kudos to the food and beaverage team.

Hotel NH Crillon, Buenos Aires - a Beautiful Hotel
The stay at the Crillon was amazing. Right from the start the guest services were excellent and professional. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean. The housekeepers kept the rooms fresh every day which made the experience enjoyable and sanitary. Breakfast was incredible! They had every morning delight imaginable and even had made-to-order items. The area, St Martin Plaza/Park, was quiet and safe. Truly a recommended place to stay!
