The appearance on exterior was good but my room the floors were wood and coming loose. I had friends in another room they had tile floors seemed nicer. It's great if your looking to save some money. The staff was very friendly

The roaches gave it 4 stars
There was plenty of hot water, but there were no trash cans and there were so many roaches, I felt I needed a bodyguard. I killed the first 2 roaches, but they came out in force, after that.

Go other hotel.
Horrible stay. No blanket in the mid winter. Each room has something missing such as a trash bin, tv clicker, no WIFI cable, tv does not work, the stained and falling ceiling, the wall was fading, etc. Safety concern. No dogs allowed but some guests had stayed with dogs.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. This place is disgusting and needs to be closed down for renovation. Filthy with multiple broken or missing items in the room. We had to switch rooms because the heater was broken. The second room was not any better. Finally checked out and went to a different hotel.

Look elsewhere
The ladies at the front desk were friendly. No USB charging ports in the rooms. The USB in the room had no power. No towels in the bathroom. The light did not work in the bathroom. No trash can in the room to dispose of any garbage. Bread Bagels in yogurt to me is not considered a light breakfast. Very disappointing.

The pictures are very deceiving beds are not comfortable and very springy there is mold build up in the ceiling in the walls below the sink the shower curtain had mold and the soap holder in the shower had black mold all across it we had to bleach our room before we could stay and we only stayed a few days until our new place was ready for us to move in even my kids said they would never stay there again and they are 11 and 7 the staff themselves are great but the property needs work for sure
