Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. Good location and excellent breakfast. Room interior and level 2 was functional, well-decorated and clean at the start of the stay. However, housekeeping forgot to change pyjamas on the first night. This issue was resolved for the subsequent days once I feedbacked to the reception.

I'm a fan of Japanese spa and there was a good one not too far from this hotel, literally in the heart of the city with all shops and restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. There's a mega Don Quijote shop literally opposite the hotel which is a bonus, as well as a Doutor (very nice coffee shop) literally downstairs. The room was excellent and the cleanest I've experienced in Japan, which has high cleaning standards. The Knot was perfect, I'll remember for next time I visit Sapporo, since I loved it.
