Perfect experience
An amazing hotel with exemplary service. The staff knew us by name and were helpful without being pushy. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant was wonderful. The 5 month old alpaca in the courtyard was a unique feature. The location in the heart of Cusco was perfect. My favorite hotel on my trip and one of the more memorable hotels I have visited— just perfect. I stayed there at the beginning of my trip to Machu Picchu and upon my return and they greeted us by name on our return.

We booked a deluxe king toomand the room was very small with no space to open the suitcases so we agreed with the hotel to pay additional 70 dollars per night and to upgrade to junior suite, the junior suite was with bad facilities and without any AC , unbelievable to a 5 stars luxury hotel . Bad experience Off course we change to other room-with air conditioning

Upset from the facility of 5 stars deluxe hotel
We booked deluxe king room, at the beginning we received a very small room with no space to open our 2 suitcases Than we upgraded our room to junior suite and add 70 usd per night After few hours we realised that there is no air conditioning in the room We packed again and move to a deluxe room for one night because all the juniors suites were booked and the day after finally we received a very nice room. Unfortunately in the evening when we wanted to take a shower we realised that the shower doesn’t work and the toilet was blocked. We were very upset with the room’s condition and it’s doesn’t suitable to 5 stars hotel Se service was excellent they always want to help but we were really disappointed and uncomfortable to move from one room to another Breakfast was amazing And the hotel very clean

On the positive side… Excellent location, incredible breakfast, and some very nice and helpful staff members. On the not so great side… our room had an inoperable bedside reading light that I reported to have fixed. Not only was it not fixed, but two nights later it began flashing at 3am and would not turn off requiring me to wrap it in a cloth to block the light. Also, one day after touring we returned late afternoon to find our room door left slightly open and the room still unmade up.

This is a 2-star hotel that is masked behind a beautiful building. It does not have air conditioning, the rooms are very small and run down, many rooms have no windows, the wifi is terrible, there is no pool or anywhere to casually hang out, the towels are old, and main restaurant has poor cooking. The positives are that the building is beautiful, the location is great, the service is good, and the breakfast is great.

Wow! The Palacio Del Inka was an incredible experience. Not only was the hotel beautiful and full of rich history, but they had superb service and staff. From the moment you check-in, you are offered a warm welcome and a local tea selection. Alfredo and Walter, after arriving from an overnight flight, comforted me with breakfast and an early check-in. Throughout my stay, staff members such as Diana, Patricia, Miluvia, and Dani took great care of me as I prepared for my Machu Picchu climb and explored Cuzco as a solo traveler. The concierge staff was also readily available and knowledgeable. All I can say is Wow! Thank you Palacio Del Inka family. I hope to visit again.

One of the best hotels, I have stayed at! Service was absolutely on point, breakfast is a must, and the SPA was exactly what you needed after doing all day tours. They even had a tour of the hotel which was so much fun, and you get free drinks each night!

This property met and exceed our expectations. The check in was very smooth and we were treated to a very nice cup of mint tea. The building is a historic landmark dating back to the Inca and Spanish colonial period. We were treated to a very special tour of the property with an in depth explanation of all the history of the building. This was followed by a wonderful ceremony in which an Inca warrior re-enacted a series of events using different instruments and implements. After that we were treated to a Pisco sour class given by Miguel the bartender who was very entertaining. The breakfast buffet was superb, the variety of food was outstanding and they made my omelette to perfection, Jesus our server met us every morning with a great smile and a warm hand shake. The experience was enhanced by a wonderful musician who had a wonderful repertoire of Andean music. All in all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property.
