Nice Stay
We’ve been staying at this hotel at least once a year for many years. It has changed brands and ownership many times. Current owners seem to value their customers. The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment but our comfort was not compromised.

2 nights stay
We went to Ramada hotel for a 2 nights trip. We checked in late for the first night and I appreciate that they accommodated our request for a higher level room. The bed wasn’t so comfortable very rough mattress. Next day when trying the hot tub the jet wasn’t working. Breakfast was good.

Caused Unnecessary panicking
Room wasn’t exactly as chosen but I didn’t have any issues until I tried to use the shower. Pulled and turned lever nothing happens, called front desk numerous times both on hotels phone and cell phone no answer. I panicked as time is running out for my meeting. After a few more desperate tries I finally got an answer (he was outside the building smoking). After explaining my situation, it should’ve been an easy fix telling me to pull extra hard on the lever ( I didn’t pull too hard risking breaking it as they will bill my credit card). Due to language issues, I waited for maintenance too long, he then pulled the lever out so hard he stumbled 🤔 meaning this room should’ve never been rented until it is properly usable or tell anyone who rents it to pull on shower 🚿 lever extra hard…it won’t break. I was pissed off to say the least☝️. I never had a lever issue in my homes and the many hotels / motels visits and they only worked by either pulling or turning lever moderately. This one almost needed a hammer 🔨

We visited with other couple, we were lucky enough to get 5th floor and it was quiet. But our friend was put on 1st floor, despite the requesting to get higher ones, they said it’s sold out, while we had next room vacant?! We were there for half Ironman race, and the Rest was very important! But our friend who had the window knocked by strangers outside who played loud music n partied till 1am!! Despite reporting to reception, they did very minimal. I know my friend will not review so I am reviewing on behalf.

Property is in desperate need of being updated. Room smelled moldy and you can see that carpets needed to be changed and bathrooms had mold in a few areas. Offered free breakfast that was ok and servers for breakfast were great but hotel front desk person woman at night was cold when you mentioned anything about the rooms and said all the rooms smelled. Would not go back again because of the poor condition of the rooms. If you are desperate for low rates for rooms than this can be an option but don’t expect a nice room. 3 star only because of the breakfast staff otherwise it would be 2 star.
