Very well kept rooms and excellent care. It was nice seeing Maltese people still manning some hospitality positions. The rooms are well kept (better than Hilton). Waste separation in every room and in every floor lobby. Nice fitness center, little overcrowded but well equipped. The breakfast during the weekend was exceptional ( amongst the very best in the island) during the week a little more limited but still good. The chocolates on the first night in the turndown is a delicious touch with a personalized message by the general manager. Fully stocked room, extremely clean with all modern up to date amenities Things to work on… lobby was uncomfortably cold, some robes and sheets had holes in them ( throw them out). The bath doesn’t actually hold water, might just as well turn it into a shower since it’s slippery as hell to stand in it. Weirdly enough the toilet throne wasn’t level, felt like falling sideways.

Amazing stay and great location near the heart of St Julien with tons of restaurants and bars. The resort itself was beautiful and being able to swim in the sea was wonderful. Highly recommended

This place is a little dated and rates 4* for me. Too many repeat errors in the housekeeping dept. Still it's a nice hotel. With great staff. Won't be aiming for near Paceville next time.

Unfortunately booked 2 deluxe sea view rooms one was great but the second over looked the carpark and 2 tall trees which obstructed the sea view Our friends were so disappointed as where we Reported it to the desk but as only there 2 nights our friends could not be bothered to repack and move.

Room not ready by 3pm. Rubbish. Concierge wouldn’t pick up the phone for luggage when leaving. Bought down 5 bags myself. Rubbish. Bought lunch when room wasn’t ready. My wife asked for ice 3 times for her drink before it was finally bought. I paid €50 cash for a €28.50 bill. Waited 10 minutes for waiter to come with change. Eventually went myself. The staffing and service focus on this hotel does even cut the mustard for 3-star.

An absolute gem of a resort in Malta. Everything about this resort and our stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the staff were excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Lama who kindly gave us an upgrade as we were celebrating our anniversary and Josef who provided us with all the information required during our stay and going around throughout our stay. Dining options were plenty and also very close to shops, bars and amenities. A special mention to all the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless during our stay. Last but not the least was an amazing breakfast and the variety of options they served. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.
