The staff at the property had a very bad attitude. Superiority complex. Expedia had stuffed up and not transferred money to them and they treated us like criminals when we arrived. It was an error on Expedia end and they resolved it after 2 hours. We sat in the lobby from 5am-7am on the phone with Expedia. I asked to pay cash just for one night of the booking and resolve the other nights when Expedia made contact with the Ramada head office. He wanted to charge me the new daily rate which was double the cost of my booking. The reception just shrugged and said too bad. No customer service, no care, rude people and give a bad name to this hotel chain. Didn’t even offer us a bottle of water or anything, had to ask for it. It was already 38° at that point in the morning. I would not recommend staying here.
