Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Micky and the other lady. However it really is a two star hotel in terms of cleanliness. Lots of bugs on the floor and overall low quality room.

Arrived at 830p to check in and the office was closed. Sign on the door stated to call from the courtesy phone. Tried the courtesy phone, but that phone rang for 2.5 minutes without a response.

only stay here if you have nowhere else.
had to drive 4 hours back home because the condition was so bad. the room had roaches, sandy floors, and dirty bedsheets. there were crumbs in the neatly folded bed, and hair everywhere. the bathroom sink plug was broken so you had to wait for it to drain for a couple of minutes. the neighbors are noisy at all times. i paid for 8 nights, i stayed for one.

I did find some bugs in the room this time, but they were all dead. There were also some stains on the towels, but it's the first time I've seen that here. This place is a dump. Very noisy and dirty. Roaches started coming out. There is no on duty staff. Phone numbers don’t work. This place is a full time shelter. When we cancelled our reservation, Orbitz couldn’t even get me my refund. Disgusting!!!
