The overall ambiance and style of the resort won our hearts. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Some of the cosmetics were worn (carpet coming up in corners and some spackle in the bathroom) but overall we enjoyed our family stay and would recommend this resort to others.

Incredible hotel!!

The moment we entered your hotel we were met with friendly staff making us feel welcome! We were give the Presidential Suite room 932. Our suite was very cozy and accommodating. We did have a bee problem on our patio but maintenance promptly came up and sprayed. The suite needs updates and a deep clean (stained rug, water damage under wallpaper and dirty ceiling lights). With that said, we were extremely comfortable, felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious!! Dining and bar staff A+!! Grounds gorgeous and lot's of activities to keep busy!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

What happened

On line confirmation granted comp parking. At check in I had to remind the clerk. Water n bathroom was very low pressure. Had overpriced dinner at Caddy Shack and upon return to our room discovered a package had been left at n our bed. When I called the front desk they apologized for a mistaken delivery. The following morning I brought ridiculously high priced coffee back to our room. This place has really slipped. We used to stop there every year on our trips to Tallahassee but missed last year and things really deteriorated

Great getaway with my Son

Very nice and convenient for golfing. Staff bery helpful & friendly. Only suggestion is breakfast buffet more variety each day.
