Hotel estilo Minas Gerais. Antigão mas novinho em folha. Cama boa, ar gelando, tv com alguns canais fechados, banho excelente, toalhas e roupa de cama em muito bom estado, localização boa, piscina show, dependências lindas e clássicas, elevador, estacionamento, funcionário todos muito atenciosos, limpeza do quarto é de tirar o chapéu. E penso ser o dono do hotel o homem que vinha todos os dias no café da manhã pra saber se tudo estava a contento com os hóspedes — um diferencial que me chamou a atenção. Nota 10!!! Sempre hospedei e lu e minha família no Voa Caxambu, contudo, a partir de agora temos mais essa ótima opção na cidade do Sul de Minas. Obrigado a todos do Voa União — vocês são top 10!!!
