신축임에 비해 아쉬운 여러가지가 많앗습니다. 보완해 주세요!

건물이 깔끔하고 주변시설에 비해 위치도 좋았는데, 기계주차 불편하고 직원분이 안내하실때 너무 떽떽 거리시면서 인상 쓰셔서 좀 눈살이 찌푸려 졌어요... 그리고 청소 상태도 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 바닥이 젖어있어서 미끄러웠고 리모콘에 라면국물이 그대로 묻어 있었어요...또한 에이콘 작동도 오락가락해서 여러번 껐다 켰다 했어야 했습니다. 그리고 체크인시에 시설에 대한 안내, 조식에 대한 안내등을 직원분이 제대로 하지 않아서 별로 였어요. 침실에서 엘레베이터 오르락내리락 기계 소음이 너무 크게 들려서 방음이 잘 되지 않는 거 같습니다. 그리고 엘레베이터에서 방으로 가는 복도에 에어콘이나 실내환기가 되지 않아 답답하고 공기가 좋지 않아서 이용시 불쾌했습니다.
