Comfortable hotel in the heart of Haeundae

Overall, it was a very nice hotel with a nice view in a great location. The bed and swivel chairs were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. My suite had a kitchen, but no pots or utensils, which was kind of odd. I would have liked the option to skip cleaning or reuse towels to make my stay more eco-friendly.

原訂4晚Deluxe double room住了2晚因為熱水器壞掉只能換房間， 因為比較好搬行李我們選擇換到同樓層的3人房， 新的房間比較大，但是雙人床小很多而且太軟， 但是飯店解決問題的的態度還是令人滿意的， 飯店的位置非常好， 在地鐵站上面，到傳統市場及海灘都很近， 附近餐廳美食眾多。會再入住。

チェックインはフロントの方が日本語で案内してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 お部屋には家庭用のような冷蔵冷凍しっかり分かれた大きめの冷蔵庫に、キッチンスペースまであって、食材持ち込んでお料理ができるような充実した設備になってました！ パジャマやバスローブはないので用意が必要です。 バスタブのあるお部屋を選んで大正解。 あちこち歩き回ってつかれた体で、入浴剤入れて入るお風呂は足もしっかり伸ばせる大きさ(私は161cm)で最高でした。 チェックアウトの方法はボックスにカードキーを入れて返すだけのタイプ。 我が家のように過ごせるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

This was a perfectly adequate hotel for the cost. We appreciated the living area and kitchen space. The reason I’m writing this review is that there needs to be instructions on checking in. It’s a 42 story building with 5 or 6 hotels in it. Our taxi driver was confused as it is difficult to recognize as a hotel, as there is only a small sign and The check in desk is on the 5th floor. This took a while to figure out and the taxi driver had to help us.
