Great no frills hotel
For a small no frills hotel it was very clean and well kept. The rooms were quiet and it was close to the beach and many great restaurants. It had an indoor pool which was great during the cooler weather.

The room was clean and just across the street from the beach. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was really low. We could smell cigarette smoke from an Upstairs room through the bathroom vent.

Great hotel, great time!
we were there to see a concert at St. Augustine Amphitheatre for one night and it was great. Met some nice people in the room next door. Hotel was clean and close to everything including the beach.They hooked us up with a nice shuttle to the show "St. Augustine Train Tour & Shuttle". All was good!

Lovely Rooms, Very Clean
The outside of the hotel is deceiving, it doesn't pay justice to the rooms, at all. The rooms are a very good size and Very Very clean. The mattress was Very hard, so, slightly uncomfortable, and through no fault of the hotel, our next door neighbors partied with loud music until 4AM, totally ruined our "relaxing" staycation

You get what you pay for
You truly get what you pay for - if you’re looking for a budget motel, this will do for a couple of nights. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the significant water damage to the ceiling. From there, a few other cleanliness issues came up but not enough to complain where I arrived very late at night. I would not come back and would instead spend some extra dollars to be more comfortable elsewhere. All that said, the people working there are perfectly nice, I just think more thorough cleaning between guests and some updates to the property would go a long way.

Horrible
Booked this hotel for a week. Got there, very disappointing. The pictures on the internet or very deceiving. It smelled like mildew. The furniture was damaged, the dresser looked like it had water damage. To top it all off, I was looking around taking pictures of all the damaged and long be hold, I see a pregnant roach on top of the fridge. I immediately grabbed my children and left. Would not book this hotel ever.

This hotel is unclean and only provides a minimal amount of amenities. The bed was crappy with scratchy sheets and hard pillows. Holes in walls, no hooks in bathroom, dirty air handler.
