The Park hotel New Delhi– Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, with a great variety of options( there was also Nutella !! *😜 I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

this place was not a 4 star property more like a weak 2 star. it was run down and dated, way over priced for the quality of the property and services redivided. the only good thing was the bed was soft and the shower had plenty of hot water. the breakfast was vast in options but short on flavor.and the nightly buffett was way way way over priced for what it offered . we were very disappointed in this place , do not recommend!

THESE STAFF AT THE PARK are true definition of " GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY ". THEIR ATTENDANCE TO MY COMFORT AND WELLBEING WAS OUTSTANDING.. I FEEL SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE RECOGNISED AND MAYBE EVEN REWARDED.

Horrible stay The rooms & linens are all stinking . Bathrooms latches/locks all broken Taps leaking . Flush & wash basin drains not working properly. Got the money deducted twice on check in and returned on checking daily after 6 days . Only good thing for which I chose earlier this hotel was the location as close to centre of city . Breakfast also reasonably good but will never stay here again despite having stayed here thrice earlier . They need to upgrade their hotel
