Go to a different hotel

Couldn’t get in the front door to check in. They wanted me to use my room key that I didn’t have yet. Then I booked 2 rooms and prepaid for both of them, but they’d only let me check in one and another person had to check in the second. The curtains backing had holes which allowed light in that woke us up in the morning. We were told there would be silverware and dishes and there weren’t. There was black sticky stuff on the carpet and the carpet had holes. I’d stay somewhere else next time.

It was an horrible experience to say the least had to switch rooms due to it being mold in the first room sink and the tub was dirty. The second room had a horrible smell and they had the window lifted to I guess attempt to air it out. It was awful!
