Lovely hotel - not part of a corporate chain, and very well maintained with spacious, well-appointed rooms & suites. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but more than adequate. And there were many fine eateries within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I loved our stay. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean and pet friendly, although we didn't bring a pet. The location is excellent to experience the charm of downtown Santa Rosa within walking distance. You have to manage the parking but there's a loading area and street parking nearby and limited paid parking available.

A gem of a hotel, on the edge of a residential neighborhood but in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa with Starbucks, cool restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. My daughter and I had a very large suite with all amenities incl. a stacked washer & dryer, and I loved the Nespresso machine. And when we invited a couple in town for a family gathering to join us for one evening, hotel staff were accommodating and added them to the reservation without any questions. Parking garage was full, but there is ample street parking around the hotel.

The room is spacious and bright, but the photos seem more appealing than reality. There were still some dirty knives, forks, and cups left in the dishwasher. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and apart from the coffee, I have nothing to say about the breakfast. The most disappointing aspect was the soundproofing—we stayed on the third floor, yet we could clearly hear footsteps above us at midnight, luggage being moved, and motorcycles outside the window, making it difficult to rest properly.

Cheap and easy stay! The staff is very welcoming and the property is very well taken care of. Get the garage parking early though, it fills up. Street parking is hit or miss.
