Very clean hotel with excellent facilities. Many eating options nearby and only 30 minutes walk from old town. The area around this hotel is really nice with parks and safe walkways. Only negative is aircon is very weak so room might be a bit hot in full summer?

I was delighted to discover SU Hotel in Antalya, as most hotels there are all inclusive. SU Hotel offers a half board option, which was a pleasant surprise. The spa at the hotel is lovely, with a great sauna and relaxing area. The Turkish body care and massage were fantastic!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The decor is definitely an acquired taste, but it grows on you. I did see signs of wear and tear where i assume cases and bags had scuffed the skirting boards and parts of the walls. If you get a recently refreshed room which I was told happens to a set of rooms each year then you will get that sleek white aesthetic. My room was facing waterpark  but I could also see the mountains in background and aswell as the beach. I had no issue with noise from the waterpark but I was out most of the day and it closes by 5. I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to the beach and nightlife and it certainly fits the bill. It felt very safe as a solo traveller around the hotel and along the promenade which i walked almost every night. The lobby is beautiful and spacious and nice to just chill when its too hot, the pool area is gorgeous and there is access to the beach in seconds. I echo everything that has been said about helpful staff and cleanliness. But The red hallways and dining room were a bold choice not my taste but not an issue for me either. Amenties are of a good standard. I didn't use the gym but could see several machines and weights. It's super easy to order from pool, all umbrellas have QR codes and food and drink comes directly to you. I also tried moonlight restaurant I went solo and was fine but it is a romantic restaurant so couples will definitely enjoy. I called guest services constantly with questions and request

Auful beds and dirty bathroom but good breakfast
The hotel had a beautiful space and swimming pool, and a complete and detailed breakfast, these were the only positive points of the hotel. The beds in the hotel were very awful and the conditions of the room in terms of bed and bathroom were not at the level of a 5-star hotel. I felt like I was staying in a 3-star hotel. I do not recommend staying in a hotel.

Amazing resort
This hotel is incredible! We spent the last 4 days of our 2 week vacation at this hotel, and it was perfect for us!!! The entire hotel is clean and very comfortable. My wife and I had 2 massages each while we were there, and the therapists were top-notch!! Some of the best massages we have had anywhere! Free access to the water park next door (included with your stay) was super cool. We went 2 of our 4 days!! The hotel is about 5km/3miles from old town, but taxis are always available for about 200lira. The next time we come to Antalya, we are staying here! Great resort! Great staff! Super clean! Comfortable rooms. Oh! And spend the extra money for the sea view room. One of the most amazingly beautiful views in Antalya!
