Booked a queen-size room ,and got a room different from the picture and separate bed. But this is the last problem. The mean problem is that the bathroom was not clean and even one of par of towel we got. Position is the only positive thing.

Could offer better quality

The booking system didn't work, they didn't respond to messages, we were tired from travelling and took 20min to check in. Not sure who is to blame, hotels.com or the hotel. Anyway, room request was sorted, but the sofa bed was quite awful. A a mattress topper is needed for it, as the mattress is too thin/old. Nice people at the front of house, nice gym, nice breakfast, but these two points make it pretty mediocre.

It was ok, we were in the further wing of the hotel and there is only access via the 8th floor or 1st so you had to get two lifts every time which was a bit of a pain. Also the bar was closed on a Saturday night which was annoying when we got back to the hotel and fancied a night cap. Definitely a mid week business hotel rather than for tourists

Reception staff reluctant to deal with guests. Room not cleaned at all (despite confirming we wanted cleaning). On the other yand, wonderful breakfast buffet with nice staff.

Clean and Decent Stay, But Disappointed by Staff

We recently stayed here for a short trip to Norway. The hotel itself was clean and in decent condition. However, our experience with the staff, particularly one older gentleman at the front desk, left us disappointed. While he didn’t say anything outright rude, his attitude felt very dismissive and uninterested. When we arrived and asked for assistance, the response was something like, “maybe if the machine works,” which didn’t inspire much confidence or a sense of welcome. That same energy continued during our stay, and we felt like we were bothering him by simply asking for help. We understand everyone can have a bad day, but unfortunately, the overall impression from the staff really brought down the experience. A little warmth and effort can make such a big difference.
