Robin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, going out of her way to make sure we had a room with a view. Also from the upper floor of the hotel we were able to watch a SpaceX launch which was an extra bonus.

Great location for beach and pier. Room spacious and comfortable. Reception and general areas could do with an upgrade/refurb as seem a bit tatty. Breakfast not great - very limited choice and terrible plastic plates and cutlery. Surely investing in some plates and a dishwasher isn’t a big ask. Also less plastic waste….

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Just don’t come early if you’re expecting to get in the room. Always coffee available. Location is perfect! Room was great as well as the view. Right in the heart of everything in town.I know they serve breakfast, but I would recommend Southern Charm diner. The pool and outdoor area was really nice with easy access straight to the beach. Sit outside and have a coffee or beverage of your choice next to the zen waterfall. Highly recommend!

Beach hotel

We absolutely loved how this hotel was right on the water. We could walk down to the beach. It was also located next to the Cocoa Beach Pier which allowed us to have lunch or have a drink and be able to go right back to the hotel comfortably all by foot. The pool was heated which made it lovely. They had coffee all the time ready and hot chocolate for a little 4-year-old, and during the day they also had a little bar open to be able to enjoy drinks at the pool. Very friendly for all ages. Definitely will be back again.

We were told by staff the only King Ocean View rooms were the farthest back. For future patrons....if you choose this room type make sure you are on 5th or 6th floor or you will be looking into building next door.
