Staff were friendly and welcoming- a very kind young lady receptionist gave us a free room upgrade without us asking for it - thank you! Check-in and out were a breeze and they offered free luggage storage. The room was clean and well-maintained and the hot water was great. Location was close to the train station and major shopping/eating places and points of interest.

Centrally located mid range hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Room I stayed faced an office block, which was ok as I spent most of my time in the city not in the room. Very convenient location to access rail and coach services across the country.

Modern hotel, steps away from the central station and city transportation systems. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby and walk to the attractions. There are multiple super markets nearby. The room is spacious and clean.

10/10 Exceptional

We arrived by train around 1:30am, the hotel entrance is just outside of the main station entrance, very convenient. The desk staff was ready and checked us in very quickly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, good selections and was happy to see iced coffee. Check out was a breeze and we were off to explore before taking the train back to the airport.
