Was expecting there to be ‘more’ places to eat by the sea (we booked B&B) but most were inland and the usual Irish type bars - we prefer more secluded locally caught delicacies rather than pizzas and chips but it’s ideal if that’s your sort of thing but it’s not ours. However, there was a lovely spa close by and hiring a car we were able to view stunning scenery from the mountains!

The hotel is excellent. Clean and comfortable with two great pools. It is oriented to families so is quite noisy around one of the pools with various organised activities. The usual issues at busy times with selfish guests putting towels on sunbeds and the not showing up. Food was very good and varied. Unusually we had water each evening with our meal and we're charged euro 2:30 for a small bottle. Don't think I've ever been charged for water with an evening meal. Resort is dominated by the Barcelo hotels.

Amazing hotel, great infrastructure and location
This hotel is absolutely amazing! It is beautifully decorated, room is spacious and comfortable and the pool area is huge. There are loads of activities throughout the day and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is super handy as it is directly connected to a beautiful beach and is only a 10 min drive to the airport.
