Perfect all inclusive resort

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the third single childs bed and they went out of their way to help sort this out for us. Even got a brand new single mattress! The resort entertainers were enthusiastic and always smiling. Would definitely recommend to families as all is made easy for you.

Rundum zufrieden, Essen war hervorragend, immer für jeden was zu finden, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer sehr groß, für jedes Kind (11 und 13) ein eigenes Bett, nicht nur ein Schlafsofa für beide. Worst experience I have had in 25 years of travel across 50+ countries. My room was disgusting, I paid for a suite with an ocean view and was given the equivalent to a motel 6 in a small town with no view, no AC, and the worst access to food I’ve ever seen. I paid $3k for this… it was so bad I left after just 2 days and they refused to refund me even though I bought a room that was NOTHING like what I got. Do not book.
