Had a couple issues initially but was resolved swiftly and beyond expectations were met. This hotel is sooooo beautiful. I would go as far to say probably the best hotel I have ever stayed! Yes itโ€™s not in the main centre with the attractions but the service but the metro is 5 minutes away and a choice of 3 lines will get you into the tourist areas. The aesthetics of this hotel makes it all worthwhile and at a fraction of what you would pay if staying in Jingโ€™An or the financial centre.

A wonderful hotel that is not located in the very center, but it is easy to get to the center - the metro is nearby. and you have to understand that this is Shanghai with a population of 25 million people. It's better to be away from the city center
