Everything You Want from a Hotel
Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly, including security, check-in, cleaning and restaurant staff. The room matched the photos and was spacious. The room was serviced everyday, which is very rare now a days. It was nice to see my room tidy and bed made every day. The hotel is a great location. It's close to the theaters, the subway, time square, and a convenience store as well as a variety of food options. Will definitely be back.

Great weekend
After an issue with room not being ready until 445pm, the trip and stay were fantastic. I also have to say the manager named Shirley was very professional and understanding of our issue ( we had traveled all day and need to take showers before meeting people for reservations at 6), it cut our time short to get ready. But she got us into our room as quick as possible. We will definitely recommend your hotel and will be back
