Arriving at 1am after 5 hours of long tiring drive, I was comforted by a fine lovely room, spacious bed with clean great smelling beddings ! Clean bathroom and with welcome water bottles and tea/coffee! Million thanks to the amazing friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Ratio quality/price is great.

Friendly and efficient check in. Thank you Danilo. We booked a double room with balcony. Room was very roomy and included a king size bed which was very comfortable. Nice soft pillows. Room has all amenities, tea, coffee etc plus a safe and small fridge. Bathroom is very large and includes a bidet. Water pressure was good and although only combined hair/body wash was provided (no conditioner), it was a very high quality. Breakfast staff were fantastic and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Great location

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was under construction so the elevator was not working and we were told parking cost was the same in the hotel and in the city which was not, we paid over twice the amount in the city. We were given a free breakfast and one free night for the inconveniences. So besides the construction it is a great place to stay.

Wonderful front desk staff. In particular , Danilo was so helpful and especially with parking for us in a new city. The breakfast was quite fine with all the cappuccino /espresso you wanted! Room was cleaned daily. Very walkable area with many food and shopping choices. We walked to Lavazza museo and had a great experience there.

They are undergoing renovation, you can tell the building is really old and it's not in Google maps under the name of Sure Hotel etc etc .But for that same reason you can tell the staff is really trying to share the hotel new vision; super friendly, efficient and attentive. Brand new broom, that works well. Besides that, the location it's perfect. Close to the station and nice streets for dining. If you come with a car, they have private parking for extra charge. Will definitely come back for future journeys

Staff was great, from the counter to the breakfast room. Room was great. Two problems though: * The "free parket" advertized on the website was closed because of construction work, and we were not informed of it. We didn't receive any compensation for that. * Construction work starting right behind our bedroolm door, on the elevator, at 8am on a Saturday, which is definitely a lack of understanding for the guests

The staff were really helpful and kind. The hotel had amazing air conditioning which is perfect after a day out. The room was well sized, and enough. The best part is that this is a really centrally located hotel, as it’s across the street from the main train station. So if you plan to do day trips to other cities like Milan, I could only recommend this hotel. As knowing my hotel was literally across the street made it so much easier to return after a long day.
