I booked this hotel for 2 nights, it was decent enough but a bit old. Check in was a smooth process. Because I think it was decent, I extended for 2 more nights. The next day, someone knocked on my door with regard to the extension. The staff couldn’t wait, I said I am busy, getting ready to head out, I will come down to the reception, she didn’t seem pleased. That was the moment I didn’t really wanna stay there anymore as I believe guests deserves peace and quiet. As I headed down to reception, I went to tell her that I have decided to cancel the reservation, that was at 11 am. She said we still need to charge you for the day as you already booked, and your card is “fraud”. I believe that was really rude, it could be phrased in a better way that your card did not work or something but it seems like she was really aggressive. This was different than the person who helped during check in, that guy was extremely nice. I think this woman (staff) really needs to work on her hospitality skills and the hotel should not employ such people or at least teach the staff to treat guests with respect. I am extremely unhappy that I was charged for a day’s stay without even staying. I will never be visiting this hotel nor staying there again.
