Excellent hotel! Just a heads up if you have tattoos you can't use the public bath, which is understandable given the culture. Spa service, convince store, bar, and restaurants all in the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. The hotel provided all the necessities we needed, and having a convenience store located within the hotel was a big plus. The staff spoke English very well, and they assisted us with both receiving and sending our luggage, which made our travels much easier. The location was also fantastic—close to plenty of food options and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel isn't close to the Osaka Station. Got into an argument with the front Desk over the room's temperature. You can't control the AC and some rocket scientist decided that 25°C/80°F was the perfect sleeping temperature. The buffet was nice, what wasn't nice was the absence of sneeze guards over the food.

Ok hotel.

Decent hotel close to night life. Room was kind of small but functional. Windows need better sound insulation, i was on the 26th floor and you can clearly hear the outside as if the windows were fully open. The area around hotel is kind of shady. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
