Det var dobbelt så dyrt som det burde være. Der var mørkt i rummet, bruseren er en “smart” model, der spare vand, men gør at vandet er lunken 10-15 cm. væk, men nærmest kogende tæt på. Derudover var der fugtigt på gulvet, måske på grund af en vandskade.
