Everything was fantastic! From the service (hospitality, restaurants, amenities, shops, spas EVERYONE) to the facilities of Plantation Bay itself (wow, they were great!!!) across the board it is really top-notch and 1000%. Overall the staff and property are wonderful. The pools could be cleaned a bit more but we enjoyed the lagoon and paddle boarding. Food options were not great, portions were small and often the descriptions did not match the meals. I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Overall recommend anyone to this resort.

Awesome property!!

This was an amazing stay experience. ABSOLUTELY beautiful place, many and diverse amenities and activities. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Amazing spa facilites. Only downside is that it is located away from Cebu City itself with it's airport and ferry terminals. That location adds 1 to 2 hours travel time (and costs) to those locations as well as other "day-trip" excursions off-property.

All the staff in the accommodation were very, very friendly and sweet. In particular, the attitude of the receptacle at check-in is important enough to determine the first impression of the hotel, and the first impression of this hotel was good. Also, the concierge (bellboy) and the staff at the restaurant were friendly (visiting and experiencing all the restaurants in the hotel). The Mogambo Spa was also good because it was a new atmosphere different from other places in Plantation Bay. All the staff I encountered walking around the resort welcomed me with a smile, and these experiences left a very good memory of the resort. And on the first day, I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, which was the reason I came to this resort because it rained so much, but I think it's a great merit to be able to enjoy the swimming pool even after checking out. This is because the weather in Southeast Asia cannot be predicted. "However", there are two things that are regrettable. Such good experiences during stay from check-in are offset at check-out. The female staff at the check-out table wasn't very friendly and didn't even say goodbye or thank you for staying. The moment I checked out, I felt like my fantasy about this resort was broken. Furthermore, the attitude of the female staff at bazarr, who was heard after checking out to buy resort souvenirs, deleted the good memories of their stay. I didn't welcome guests when they came in, I hummed alone when I paid, and I wasn't very friendly.

Resort was very clean, and the spa was amazing. We visited during the off season, so they seemed to be somewhat short staffed, and many amenities were closed. The lagoon and pools were great but there is very little beach access, and the beach is not the best for relaxing.
