The location is about a 15-20 min walk to the city center, but the lovely surroundings just makes it a pleasure. I asked for a later check out, and got an extra two hours. The common areas is modern with a lot of greenery, and includes balconies and a greenhouse. The room has all you need. Overall great!

Stayed here for 3 nights while sightseeing in Malmö. I stayed in a single room which was nice and spacious. It had its own little kitchen, dining table, a decent sized bed and a nice bathroom. Overall, the hotel was quiet and clean and had extra amenities available to guests such as a gym, laundry, library ect. Nice little place to stay if you plan on being in the area for a few days or months. Staff were helpful and super kind!

Wonderful experience. My first completely solo trip abroad and I was so relaxed staying at Unity. The studio room was fully equipped with everything I could have needed. The breakfast was great and service was amazing. Would recommend for anyone doing a longer stay.

Did not like Unity much. Staff was nice, the room was nice, gym, restaurant, lots of space as well but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere, it takes 15' walk to get you to bus 5 to the centre & station.

Reception helped me when my phone did not work on mobile service. I did not realise my phone was only working on WiFi after it had been dropped. The person on reception allowed me to phone my sister-in-law on their phone so they new i was at the hotel. That is good service.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation…a bit out of the way from the major attractions but it allowed us to experience the local culture, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby/ within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, we were able to check in early after our morning flight which was amazing..the hotel offersSwedish breakfast for purchase, which was good overall (1 half a sandwich, 1 pastry, 1 yogurt or fruit, coffee & juice) and not a bad value. It was clean and we felt very safe walking around/ exploring the area. We commuted to Copenhagen for a couple of days and the hotel is approx 40 min away from the airport (and about an hour from most of the attractions depending on where you’re going). The Malmo touristy ateas are about 20-30 minutes away. Folkets park is within walking distance! I am glad we chose this place and would stay here again.

The rooms were spotless, everything I needed for a week in at Eurovision in Malmo. And once I figured out how to use chrome cast for the t.v. It was plain sailing. Great location as a base for exploring, access to city and for transport links. Big super market 5 minutes away. Great working and socialising venue, and thegym was excellent. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful. They have a super team. They would help in any way they could 24/7. I would highly recommend Unity and can’t wait to stay again.
